Position: Centre Head / Branch Head

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate  

- Further qualification of MBA / Nutrition / BAMS / BUMS / Cosmetology shall be an added advantage

Roles / Responsibilities:

- Responsibility and ownership of running the Centre Profitably.

- To achieve assigned SALES Targets

- To execute the responsibility assigned by the corporate office.

- Act as a bridge between Corporate and Clinics.

- Promote, market and sells Weight Management, Fitness, Services and products offered at Health Sanctuary to new and existing clients.

- To plan and execute sales events at the centre by developing and implementing appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to niche clients.

- Make personal sales visit to Corporate, business houses and other possible target areas and to organize events for booking clients and for specific corporate tie-ups.

- Must attain a minimum Breakeven and the Monthly Sales Target of the Centre as intimated from time to time.

- Leading, mentoring and motivating the complete Centre Staff while ensuring compliance to the laid guidelines and Centre Discipline.

- Ensure high levels of customer care and satisfied clientele

- Achievement of committed / promised results to clients like targeted weight loss etc.

- Exemplary House Keeping and upkeep of the Centre.

- Responsible for the 100% serviceability of Clinic Equipment and machinery

Position: Floor Manager / Coordinator
Locations:

New Delhi / NCR / UP / Punjab


Eligibility:

10+2 / Graduation (Any Stream) / PG / MBA

Pleasing Personality with high IQ levels 



Roles / Responsibilities:

•Ensure high levels of customer care and satisfied client.

•Coordination and management activities in each department & clinic.

•Ensure for quality of service & from the department bring-up sales.

•Achievement of committed / promised results to clients

•Managed in such a manner that it does not affect smooth running of the center.

•To achieve assigned SALES Targets

•IN absence of CM(clinic manger) should be responsible for clinic & work under the CM 

•To execute the responsibility assigned by the corporate office.

•Act as a bridge between client and Clinic.
